Application: The mobile application developed by Di-Link, enabling remote interaction with smart devices.

1. Personal Data Collection Rules

1.1 Personal Data We Collect

• Account Registration: We may collect your account name and contact information such as your email address or phone number.
• Feedback: We collect feedback and functional suggestions to improve the App and smart device functionality.
• Image Recognition: When adding a smart device, selected images are uploaded to a third-party SDK for QR/barcode recognition. We do not retain the original image files.
• Log Information: To improve user experience, we collect system logs, including IP address, language preference, OS version, access date/time, etc.

1.2 Smart Device Information

• Device Basic Information: Device name, ID, status, activation time, firmware version, and upgrade info.
• Connection Information: Depending on the connection type, we collect device IP, MAC address, and IMEI.
• Device Reports: Includes firmware versions, settings, alarm data, and runtime data for service support.

1.3 System Permissions

• Camera: For scanning barcodes or QR codes.
• Photo Album: For selecting QR code images to add devices. Images are not collected or stored.
• Storage: To read/write application logs for diagnostics.
• Location: For Wi-Fi configuration, obtaining nearby router SSID. Location data is not stored.

These permissions are optional but necessary for enhanced service functionality. You can refuse these permissions, but it may affect the performance of specific features.

2. Third-Party SDK Disclosure

We use the DCloud uni-app SDK for core app functionality. The SDK may collect your device ID (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI) for analytics and to improve app performance. For SDK-specific privacy details, please refer to: https://ask.dcloud.net.cn/protocol.html

We will maintain an updated list of third-party SDKs and their privacy policies on our official website.

3. Use of Personal Data

• Account Creation: For secure login and smart device access.
• Device Network Configuration: SSID and password used for device setup are stored locally on the device and not uploaded.
• Device Control: Enables remote control and status monitoring.
• User Feedback: For contact and service improvement based on your feedback.

4. Sharing of Personal Data

We only share your personal data under the following circumstances:

• With third-party service providers for web hosting, analytics, IT support, etc.
• With hardware providers and business partners directly supporting your smart devices.
• During corporate transactions like mergers or acquisitions, with prior notification.

We will not share personal data beyond these circumstances without your explicit consent.

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Delete your data via "My - Account and Security - Account Cancellation" in the App. Backups may retain data temporarily until fully purged.
• Data Export: You may request to export your personal data by contacting us.

We will verify your identity before processing your requests and comply with local regulations regarding response time.

7. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Personal data may be processed outside your local jurisdiction to support Di-Link’s global operations. For users in Mainland China, personal data will be stored in local data centers unless authorized cross-border transfers are required by law.

We ensure adequate data protection through contracts and technical safeguards in all jurisdictions.

8. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14 without parental consent. If we identify such data collection without appropriate consent, we will delete the data immediately.
